When you arrive at Srinagar Airport, you will be met by our representative/driver and brought to your hotel/houseboat in Srinagar. Enjoy a boat trip on the famed Dal Lake.Visit the Mughal Gardens “Nishat Bagh” (Pleasure Garden) and “Shalimar Bagh” (Abode of All). Drive along Boulevard Lake, then return to a local Handicrafts Emporium known for hand-knotted silken carpets, shawls, and jewellery decorations. In the second half-day, after lunch, go to Shankaracharya Temple. Spend the night in a hotel.

After breakfast, depart for Sonamarg on a full-day tour. At an elevation of 9000 feet. Sonamarg – 84Kms is also known as “The Meadow of Gold” because of its snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. The Sindh River, which runs through the valley, is teeming with trout and Mahaseer. Ponies can be hired for the ride up to Thajiwas Glacier, which is a popular summer destination. Drive back to Srinagar in the evening. Spend the night in a hotel in Srinagar.

Transfer to Gulmarg in the early morning, which is 53 km from Srinagar and at an elevation of 8700 feet. Gulmarg, commonly known as the Meadow of Flowers, is a well-known ski resort and home to the world’s highest 18-hole golf course. During the reign of the British, the location was well-known. A Cable Car Ride – OPTIONAL (Gondola) provides a spectacular perspective of Kongdori. Later, go to Srinagar and spend the night at a hotel there.

Srinagar district is the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir (UT). It is located in the heart of the Kashmir Valley on the banks of the Jhelum River, surrounded by four districts and the Ladakh University of Technology. It is bounded in the north by Ladakh (UT) and Ganderbal, in the south by Pulwama, and in the north-west by Budgam. Srinagar, the state capital, is approximately 1585 metres above sea level. Gardens, lakes, and houseboats are popular attractions in the city. It is also well-known for Kashmiri handicrafts and dried fruits.
Snow-capped mountains and a turquoise sky provide as the backdrop to Sonamarg, which means “meadow of gold.” Here, the Sindh meanders and is teeming with trout and mahseer; the main river is where one can catch snow trout. Visitors can access snow that is strewn all over like a white carpet in late April when Sonamarg is available for road travel. Private automobiles are not permitted. Taxis are required for visitors. Ponies can be rented for the ascent to Thajiwas Glacier, a popular summertime destination.

It is known as the “heartland of winter sports” and provides a wide range of recreational opportunities, including skiing, snowboarding, horseback riding, heli-skiing, snowmobiling, tobogganing, and sightseeing.
