Cochin

Cochin, also known as Kochi, is a port city that is a part of the Ernakulam district and is located on the western shore of the Arabian Sea. Alleppey

The Alappuzha District’s administrative centre is located at Alleppey. With a lighthouse built on its coast, this town is regarded as the oldest planned community in the area. The sixth-largest city in Kerala, Alleppey, is located 155 kilometres north of Trivandrum and 62 kilometres south of Kochi. One of the locations Lord Curzon referred to as “Venice of the East” is a town with beautiful canals, backwaters, beaches, and lagoons. Due to its proximity to Quilon in the south and Kumarakom and Cochin in the north, Alleppey is a popular tourist destination in India.
